Founded in May of 1988 by Stephen Mangum, Micro Computer Rentals Inc. started out primarily as a computer and printer rental company. The company quickly diversified it’s offerings beyond computer and printer rentals to include an entire host of audio visual rental equipment from projectors to sound systems and everything in between. Pairing our extensive selection of rental gear with a professional and knowledgeable staff of technicians has allowed us to help us hundreds of clients maximize the impact of their events, making sure their message is both seen and heard loud and clear.

As the company grew beyond simple computer rentals, a change of name was in order to match the new comprehensive scope of services offered and Micro Computer Rentals Inc. became the company it is today: MCR Integrated Technologies. In 2000, MCR became one of the first members of the International Technology Rental Association, with MCR's President serving several positions in the organization over the year including board of directors, Vice President and President of the ITRA.

In 2001, MCR made the move to expand beyond rentals and incorporate the sale, installation, and support of AV and IT technologies into its professional offerings. For more than a decade, MCR’s design and installation team has assisted religious, non-profit, corporate, educational, and government clients in consultation, system design, equipment sales, installation, and upgrade integration. Always striving to be an innovator in our industry, MCR has helped hundreds of clients, ranging from small non-profits to international corporations, find the solution that is best for them and their space.

While installation services are focused in North Carolina, MCR provides video, audio, computer and related technology equipment rentals across the southeast, providing local service, professional expertise, and rental equipment in: Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Wilmington, NC.....Greenville, Charleston and Myrtle Beach, SC....Tampa and Ft.
